Anti-Harassment Policy
MSU-IIT strictly adheres to and upholds Republic Act 7877 (Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995), ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all members of the academic community. The Institute also fully implements Republic Act 11313 (Safe Spaces Act) and Republic Act 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act), demonstrating its commitment to protecting the rights and dignity of all individuals within its premises.
The Institute maintains comprehensive implementing guidelines and mechanisms to prevent, address, and resolve harassment cases in accordance with these laws. Our policies ensure prompt and fair handling of complaints while providing necessary support and protection to affected parties.
