Qualifications:

• Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in management, Business, or any related field.
• A Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Experience in budget monitoring, procurement procedures, and resource tracking for government-funded projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge in using project management tools and financial tracking systems (e.g., MS Excel, or similar).
• Ability to handle administrative processes, including documentation, communication, and scheduling.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills in both oral and written.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities and timelines.
• Manage communications and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with project standards.
• Oversee financial and resource management.
