Theme: Gender Equality and Human Rights in the Digital Age
Objectives of the On-the-Spot Essay Writing Contest
- To enhance Senior High School students writing and critical thinking skills and assess their fluency in the use of English;
- To engage them on issues related to gender roles, women, human rights, and other social issues;
- To provide a venue for students to express their views and insights through writing; and,
- To encourage MSU-IIT undergrad students and its Alumni to articulate their advocacy on gender equality and human rights.
