As a tribute to its retired and retiring distinguished faculty researchers, the PRISM is hosting “The Grand Lecture Series: Lessons for Life from a Lifetime of Learning”. The Grand Lecture Series will offer the university community the opportunity to hear reflections on life’s lessons and meaning from our retired or retiring colleagues of exceptional merit. The featured speaker will share the wisdom he or she has gained through academic/ research pursuits and life experiences. This will distill a life of inquiry, reflection and service into advice to the successive generations. The Third Grand Lecture will feature Dr. Evelyn C. Creencia, a Chemistry Professor and former Director of Research. The event is open to all but seats are limited to 120 only. |
