SUBJECT: Declaration of September 1, 2008 as a Non-Working Holiday

All Institute constituents are hereby informed that September 1, 2008 is declared a non-working holiday to celebrate the 猫咪AVFoundation Day. However, the participation of everyone in the scheduled 猫咪AVFoundation Day program/activity, if any, on this date is highly enjoined.
